Commissions begin at the first sale. Every partner earns from the work they do, in the month they do it. Growth is rewarded. Participation is the only requirement.

Commissions reward the work of selling. Partners are paid when products move and customers are served. The structure recognizes activity, in real time, on real numbers.

A Note From The Founder

When I founded Green Organics in 2011, I made a decision about how I wanted to build.
The compensation plan would reward the work of serving customers. The structure would be transparent enough that any partner could explain it in a single conversation. And the relationships partners build would belong to them, for as long as they kept building them.

S.A.F.E. is that decision, written down.
